A very tasty and easy snack with a unique flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken boneless 250 g
  2. Bread slices 7
  3. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  4. Yoghourt 1/2 cup
  5. Egg 2
  6. onion chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  9. corriander leaves 1/4 cup
  10. Green chillies 2
  11. Tandoori masala 1 tspn
  12. Pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  13. Chilli flakes 1 tspn
  14. Garam masala one pinch
  15. salt
  16. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: cut chicken into cubes and mix it with tandoori masala, yoghourt,salt ,chilli flakes,pepper powder, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste,green chilli.Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Filling: Heat pan add 2 tbspn of oil and add the chicken mix.Cook it medium to high flame until chicken turns brown red colour.
  3. Assembling: Remove the brown portion of bread and flatten it with a roll pin. Apply mayyonaise throughout and place some filling and just roll it. Dip this in egg and roll it in bread crumbs
  4. Frying:Heat oil it medium flame and deep fry it and serve hot.
