Ingredients to make Stuffed rabdi mango kulfi

  • Ripe mangoes 4 to 5
  • Homemade Khoya 200 grams
  • sugar 1 cup or less according to your taste
  • Chopped dry fruits according to your choice
  • Green cardamom 3 numbers
  • Milk 3 cups

How to make Stuffed rabdi mango kulfi

  1. Boil the milk and add other ingredients together
  2. Until the Mawa is melted completely for 15 minutes and the mixture is thickened
  3. Now let it cool
  4. Now prepare all the mangoes .Cut the top part of the mangoes with the help of sharp knife
  5. Make cuts around the seeds carefully
  6. Try to take out the seeds with your hands very carefully
  7. Now pour the cold Kulfi mix into the mangoes
  8. And place the mangoes in cups or glass to keeping it from falling
  9. Cover the mangoes with the top part and keep it in freezer overnight or 6 to 7 hours
  10. After taking out the mangoes of the freezer
  11. Peel the mangoes and rest for 2 to 3 minutes
  12. Cut with a sharp knife in a round shape
  13. Serve it with dry fruits and enjoy your delightful treat.

My Tip:

When u make the rabdi ,u can add some dry fruits at this time.
