ABOUT Chickpea Salad RECIPE

Its a healthy quick and filling salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chickpeas boiled
  2. 1 Large Onion finely chopped
  3. 1 medium tomato finely chopped
  4. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  5. 1 medium cucumber cut into small pieces
  6. 1 potato boiled and cut into small pieces
  7. Few Coriander leaves chopped
  8. 1.5 tbsp Chaat masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice
  11. Amul cheese cut in small pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add chickpeas. Then add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber,potato & coriander leaves. Then add chaat masala, lemon juice & salt.Mix it well. At last add cheese.
