ABOUT Chickpea salad RECIPE

Chickpea with some chopped raw vegetables. It's a healthy food.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl boiled chickpeas
  2. 1/4 cup cucumber finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup tomato chopped
  4. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  5. 1/4 cup onion chopped
  6. 2tbsp green chilli finely chopped
  7. Coriander leaves chopped
  8. 2tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1tbsp chat masala
  10. 1/4tea spoon black salt
  11. 1tea spoon chilli flakes
  12. 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  13. Salt to taste


  1. Soak chickpeas over night. Boil it with some salt.
  2. Take one big bowl mix all chopped vegetables.
  3. Add chickpesa with vegetables. Mix well.
  4. Add all dry ingredients.
  5. Add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Mix well.
  6. Finally add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. It's ready to serve.
