ABOUT Chickpea Salad RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chickpea - 1 cup
  2. Green chillies - 2 chopped
  3. Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Tomato - 1 chopped
  5. Mint leaves - few chopped
  6. Coriander leaves - few chopped
  7. Ginger - 1 inch chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the Chickpea for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  2. Take them to a bowl, add all the ingredients to the bowl, Mix well and serve.
