Easy mango seviyan kesari

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Seviya - 40 gms
  2. Fresh Mango pulp-100 gms
  3. Powder Jaggery - 45 gms
  4. Water - 1/2 cup+2 tbspns
  5. Ghee - 1 tbspn+1 tbspn
  6. Sliced Dry fruits - 1 tbspn
  7. Mango pieces for garnishing(optional) - 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. In kadai roast seviyan till light brown color. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  2. Again roast seviyan adding 1 tbspn ghee till u get golden brown color and let it cool down.
  3. In pressure cooker add 1 tbspn ghee, roasted seviyan, jaggery, mango pulp, water and dry fruits.
  4. Close the lid and give 2 whistles on high flame and then switch off.
  5. Let pressure settle, open the lid and mix all the contents.Close the lid and keep as it is for more 10 mins.
  6. Your easy mango seviyan kesari is ready to serve. Garnish with more dry fruits / mango pieces.
