This is a recipe of an easy and delicious halwa, that can be made in a jiffy for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 cup ghee
  2. 1 cup semolina
  3. 1 cup mango pulp
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 cup milk
  6. Pinch salt
  7. Kaju for garnish

Instructions

  1. First take a pan heat ghee add semolina, roast it well and then keep a side.
  2. Heat another pan, add milk and mango pure . Stir well and make sure no lumps.
  3. when it comes to a boil, add suji and sugar. Cook until it becomes thick, garnish with nuts and serve.
