Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 boiled mashed potatoes
  2. 100 gms cottage cheese
  3. 2 tsp kasuri methi
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1 cup bread crumbs
  7. 1/2 cup boiled and mashed corns
  8. 2 tsp chili sauce
  9. 1 tsp pepper
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1 chopped onion
  12. 1/4 cup corn flour slurry


  1. For stuffing: Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute for 5 min. Now add boiled corns and saute for 5 min. Add paneer ,chili sauce,salt,pepper. Mix well and cook for 2 min. Switch off the gas.
  2. For outer layer: In a bowl, add potatoes,bread crumbs,red chili powder salt,kasuri methi. Mix well and knead soft dough
  3. Divide dough into equal portions. Make cavity in each dough and add the stuffing. Seal completely
  4. Dip balls in cornflour slurry. Coat well with bread crumbs. Fry in Air fryer it at 180 for 10 min or until golden brown
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sauce
