Ingredients to make Crispy corns with paneer satay

  • For paneer satay
  • 100 gm paneer
  • Half spoon chilli powder
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • salt acc to taste
  • Half spoon garam masala
  • 1 tspn chat masala
  • 5 spoon curd
  • 1 spoon lemon juice
  • For crispy corns
  • 1 cup sweet corns
  • 1 tomato purey
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Half spoon chilliflakes
  • Half spoon garamasala
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • salt acc to taste
  • 1 spoon soya sauce
  • 4 spoon tomato sauce
  • Half spoon honey
  • Half spoon mixed seasoning
  • oil for frying

How to make Crispy corns with paneer satay

  1. Panner satay recipe Method. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add the paneer and toss gently to coat the marinade around the paneer.
  2. Let the paneer marinate for about 30 minutes.Place the paneer on the preheated non stick Tawa and roast it until it is evenly browned on all sides.
  3. Keep drizzling some of the marinade as the paneer is roasting, so it absorbs additional flavors.The paneer is done when it is has a golden brown color.
  4. Crispy corns Method : Take a bowl and add corn,salt and pepper powder in it and mix .Sprinkle corn flour over it and mix.(no need to add water)Rest it for a minute.
  5. Heat enough oil to deep fry in a deep and wide pan.Add a handful of corn in the hot oil.When the corn become crisp it start floating on the pan.
  6. When done remove from the pan.Drain on a paper napkin to remove and absorb the extra oil Repeat the process with the remaining corns.
  7. To Temper- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan Add chopped garlic and tomato puree and stir fry for few seconds.Add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Now add fried corn and mix properly.sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.. Serve with panner satay..
