Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken Satay
  2. Chicken 200 g
  3. Satay Stick 3
  4. Soya sauce 2 t. Spoon
  5. Turmarind juice 2 t. Spoon
  6. Vinegar 1 t. Spoon
  7. Red Chilli powder 1 spoon
  8. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  9. Jaggery 1 t. Spoon
  10. Jeera powder 1/2 spoon
  11. Coconut milk thick 2 t. Spoon
  12. Salt
  13. Chilli flakes 1/2 spoon
  14. Peanut Sauce
  15. Peanut 50 g crushed
  16. Soya sauce 2 spoon
  17. Vinegar 2 t. Spoon
  18. Jaggery 2 t. Spo
  19. Jeera powder 1 spoon


  1. Take a all incredients under the satay add turmarind juice ND mix well.
  2. Add a chicken pieces mix it
  3. Set the chicken pieces in a satay stick like this
  4. Heat Tawa grease with oil ND place the stick Nd cook both sides 10 min .. Put oil Accordingly.
  5. Satay Stick Ready
  6. For peanut sauce Heat oil In a pan add minced garlic Nd ginger stir 2 min nd add coarsed peanut stir 2 min
  7. Add the all incredients under the peanut sauce stir 3 min
  8. Add the extra juice from marinate chicken.. It's give tangy taste to sauce.
  9. After it slightly dry add coconut milk nd stir
  10. Cook until oil separate from the mixture.... Turn off the stove ND cool it.
  11. Serve it.. Nd also Kept In a fridge Nd use 3 to 5 days...
