ABOUT Tofu Satay RECIPE

Its a very refreshing starter for any party!!!Because of freshely herbs it taste is awesome!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Satay paste
  2. Fresh red chillies 8
  3. Garlic pods 6
  4. Jaggery 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  6. Galangal 1tsp(chopped)
  7. Lemon grass roots 2 tsp. (chopped)
  8. Onion 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  9. Tamrind 2 tsp(soaked)
  10. Kasmiri red chillies 4
  11. Peanuts 2 tsp(slightly roasted)
  12. Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  13. salt as per taste
  14. Fresh coconut milk 1 cup
  15. Tofu 200 grams (cut into square shape cube)
  16. Red capsicum 1/2 (cut into square shape)
  17. Green capsicum 1/2( cut into square shape)
  18. Onion 1 (cut into square shape)
  19. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Keep Satay paste ingredients.
  2. Make fine paste .
  3. Paste is ready.
  4. In a bowl add coconut milk,4 Tbsp Satay paste,salt,both capcicum,onion,tofu all together.
  5. Marinate for 1 hour.
  6. Take Satay stick,put tofu,red capsicum,onion,green capsicum,again tofu.
  7. At the time of grilling apply oil and grill it on a hot pan.
  8. Enjoy!!!Serve Hot!
