Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For spaghetti
  2. Spaghetti 100 gm
  3. Oil 2 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. For veggies
  6. Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
  8. Chopped onion 1
  9. Chopped cabbage 1/2
  10. Chopped capsicum 1
  11. Chopped carrot 1
  12. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  13. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  14. Red chilly sauce 1 tsp
  15. Schezwan sauce 1 tsp
  16. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  17. Oil 2 tbsp
  18. Spring onion leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a large pot ad lots of water.
  2. When water boils ad 1 tsp oil, salt and spaghetti.
  3. When done strain it ,as 1 tsp oil and mix well.
  4. In a non stick pan heat 2 tbsp oil ,saute chopped ginger, chopped garlic.
  5. Ad chopped onion and chopped green chilli and saute it.
  6. Ad chopped cabbage, capsicum and carrot, Cook till 1 minute.
  7. Ad soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
  8. Ad black pepper powder, salt and schezwan sauce.
  9. Cook on high flame for few seconds.
  10. Ad boiled spaghetti and cook till 1 minute.
  11. Toss it and add spring onion leaves and serve hot.
