Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg fresh ripe mangoes
  2. 100 GMs sugar
  3. 1 tbsp condensed milk
  4. 200 GMs fresh cream
  5. Some grated almonds, colourful sewain, Hershey chocolaty syrup, choco sewain for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take mangoes, wash them and peel them and chop them roughly
  2. keep in freezer for about 2 hours
  3. Then pour this mangoes in mixer grinder by adding sugar
  4. Blend it well to make smooth purée or batter
  5. Adjust sweetness by adding condensed milk accordingly
  6. Now take 2 empty bowls which r already chilled in freezer
  7. In 1 bowl add 10 ice cubes. Over it keep another bowl and pour fresh chilled cream in it.Whisk the cream well for about 2 minutes. Now mix this cream in mango batter made .
  8. Mix all well by whisking.
  9. Now pour the batter into air tighten container for about 5 hours to set in freezer.
  10. Take the ice cream scoop and serve it chilled in icecream glasses by garnishing according to ur choice.
  11. Enjoy endlessly
