Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 bread slices corner cut
  2. 1 1/4 cup milk
  3. 1 tbsp mango custard powder
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. 2-3 tbsp jam
  6. 2-3 tbsp soft butter
  7. 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  8. Fruits chopped of ur choice

Instructions

  1. Take bread slices. Apply butter and jam on slices. Cut into 4 cubes.Arrange the bread slices in greasy dish
  2. In a pan take 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp sugar and boil till sugar dissolves.
  3. In the rest 1/4 cup take cold milk and dissolves mango custard powder. Add this custard powder solution into boiling milk and stir till it is thick. Cool into room temperature
  4. Spread this custard on bread layerin such a way that whole bread is wet. Leave no portion dry. Sprinkle nuts and brown sugar.
  5. preheat oxy fryer for 5 minutes at 140 c. Keep the dish in fry basket and close it properly. keep the fryer at 140 c for 11-12 minutes.
  6. Spread fruits on baked bread. Keep in freezer for 15-20 minutes. serve cold.
