I have added Mango puree to our regular Rawa laddu and I swear it tasted awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sooji 1 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut powder. 1/4 cup.
  4. Mango puree 1/2 cup.
  5. Ghee 2 to 3 tbsp.
  6. Cashews 3 tsp ( broken pieces)
  7. Raisins 12 to 15 no.
  8. Cardemom powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat little ghee. Fry cashews. Take out .
  2. Fry Raisins. Take in a bowl.
  3. Roast sioni in ghee. Add coconut powder as it turns brown.
  4. Turn off heat.
  5. Mix raisins and cashews with sooji.
  6. Add powdered sugar. Add mango puree , adding little at a time.
  7. Mix everything with hands.
  8. Add ghee if required to form Laddus.
  9. Enjoy your mango Lacus.
