Mango Rawa Cake

Ingredients to make Mango Rawa Cake

  • sooji /Rawa 1 cup
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • Elachi powder 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • mango essence 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Milk 3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate chips 1 tablespoon
  • Sprinklers

How to make Mango Rawa Cake

  1. Step 1 Take sooji or rawa and strain it in a bowl with baking powder and baking soda
  2. Step 2 Mix all the ingredients leaving milk and let it rest for 15 minutes
  3. Step 3 Then add milk and mango pulp and essence
  4. Step 4 Greese the tin bowl add add this material and tap it twice
  5. Step 5 Put it in preheated oven 160°c for 25 minutes... Nd let it cool
  6. Step 6 Sprinklers and choco chips are used for garnishing

My Tip:

Baking temperature is different for each oven
