Few basic ingredients are used to make this delicious cake in appe pan. The cooking time is very less and within few minutes the appe cake is ready to eat. You can have it as a morning breakfast or as an evening snack.

Ingredients to make Mango rawa cake in appe pan

  • mango pulp 1/2cup
  • semolina /rawa 1/2cup
  • sugar 1/4cup
  • oil 1/8cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Eno 1/2tsp
  • Few dryfruits

How to make Mango rawa cake in appe pan

  1. Mix mango pulp, rawa, sugar, oil, cardamom powder.
  2. Keep covered for 20-30 mins.
  3. Add eno to the batter and mix well.
  4. Grease appe pan and pour 1tbsp batter in each cavity.
  5. Sprinkle few dryfruits.
  6. Cook covered for 2-3mins.
  7. Flip and cook for another 2mins or till done.
  8. You can check with a toothpick whether it's done or not.
  9. Serve hot.
