Kesar Badam Phirni

Ingredients to make Kesar Badam Phirni

  • 3 tb sp rice
  • 2 full glasses of milk
  • sugar your taste
  • 15-20 almonds (powderd)
  • Few strands of saffron

How to make Kesar Badam Phirni

  1. Dry roast rice in a nonstick pan for a few seconds on medium flame.
  2. Grind it in sieve it, as we need fine powder.
  3. Mix milk and rice powder and bowl it in a heavy bottom pan
  4. Stir it continuously till it boils.
  5. Then simmer the gas and let it be thicken.
  6. Mix almond powder and milk soaked safforn. Add suger. Take it off the gas when you find semi solid consistency.
  7. Pour it in bowls.decorate it with your choice.Keep the cool phirni in fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve Chilled

My Tip:

Rice powder will be very fine or you can use soaked rice after grinding them.
