Badam - kesar Phirni

Ingredients to make Badam - kesar Phirni

  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Condensed milk 7-8 tbs
  • almonds strips 3 tbs
  • Soaked rice 1/2 cup
  • saffron Strands 6-7
  • Crushed cardamom 1 tsp
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish
  • rose petals for garnish

How to make Badam - kesar Phirni

  1. Take milk in a pan
  2. Hot the milk properly
  3. Take soaked rice in blender and make a fine paste
  4. Transfer the rice paste into the milk and stir continue for 2 minutes
  5. Add condensed milk and stir continue for 4-5 minutes on low flame
  6. Add almonds, Saffron and mix well
  7. Add Cardamom powder
  8. Let it cool completely in refrigerator
  9. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals
  10. Serve chilled

My Tip:

You can adjust the condensed milk according to your taste
