Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice flour 1cup
  2. Hotwater 2cups
  3. Jaggery one cube or one tbsp
  4. Coconut sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Coconut 1/2cup
  6. salt one pinch
  7. coconut oil 1tsp
  8. Elaichi powder one pinch
  9. Ghee two tsp


  1. Boil two cup water add jaggery and dissolve it
  2. In a wide bowl take rice flour ,salt and coconut oil mix well
  3. Add boil water little by little and mix the rice flour completely till there are no lumps
  4. Do the same procedure until the whole mixture is warm and half cooked so that when u hold it tight..it holds the shape
  5. In a greased idly cooker or steamer spread the powder evenly and steam it for 15 mins
  6. Once the rice flour is cooked add ghee cardamom coconut sugar coconut and serve it warm
