This steamed rice cake made in West Bengal and bangladesh in winter.Its called Bhapa Pitha in bengali. Its made of rice flour and juggery.You may add grated coconut too. Let me tell you all how to make it.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Juggery 2 tbsp


  1. Take rice flour in a bowl
  2. Add water gradually
  3. It should be bind after pressing
  4. Shive the flour in a big whole stainer
  5. Pour flour then juggery
  6. Cover with remaining flour
  7. Cover a wet cloth tightly
  8. 2 cup of water in a handi
  9. Keep the wet cloth in reverse
  10. Take out the small plate
  11. Cover it with high height lid
  12. After 12 minutes take out in a plate
  13. Spread little juggery and serve hot
