Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice -300-Gm
  2. Palak leaves-20-Nos
  3. Carrot-3-Nos
  4. Green chilli-2 -Nos
  5. Oil-2-Tspoon
  6. Mustard seeds-1-Tspoon
  7. Urad dal-2-Tspoon
  8. Oil-2 -Tspoon
  9. Saly-15-Gm

Instructions

  1. Pour in the Palak raw rice paste , Carrot rice paste , Plain rice paste separately and keep stirring in simmer. until it is well combined and forms a ball like in consistency. switch off. When it is warm enough to handle with your palms, take a small ball out of it , roll them
  2. Take all the balls and steam cook in idli pan for 10 min in medium flame
  3. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal and saute it separately and serve it
