ABOUT Egg Bhurji with Kabab with Coconut Flavour RECIPE

Eggs Bhurji is very popular dish, it is very easy and tasty dish, today i have made with the twist of kabab and coconut. its taste is amazing and kabab and coconut enhance the taste of bhurji. Coconut milk makes eggs fluffy and soft. Eggs and kababs are both are rich in proteins.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 4 piece of garlic clove (chopped)
  3. 2 tsp ginger (chopeed)
  4. 2 tsp green chilies (chopped)
  5. 4-5 onion (chopped)
  6. 2 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 1/2 meat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  10. 1/2 ginger garlic powder
  11. 2 tsp desiccate coconut powder
  12. 4-5 tsp coconut milk
  13. 10 eggs
  14. 200 gms Chicken kabab
  15. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and roast coconut powder and keep aside .
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Beat the eggs properly, add coconut milk and mix well and keep aside.
  4. Roast the Chicken Kabab in microwave or air fryer, i have done in air fryer, and cut in small pieces and keep aside.
  5. Add garlic, ginger and green chilies and saute for 1-2 mins.
  6. Now add Chopped onions and saute until light golden brown.
  7. Add salt , fennel powder, ginger garlic powder , red chilies powder and mix well.
  8. Add meat Masala, add mixture of coconut milk eggs and mix well and cook for 2 mins.
  9. Now add roasted Chicken Kabab in Egg Bhurji and cook for 2-3 mins.
  10. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
