Prepare stuffing by taking coconut powder,milk powder and sugar in a kadhai.Cook it on slow fire. Mix well.
Add pistachios and chironji.Stir and add elaichi powder.
Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water for 10 minutes.Add saffron strings in it.
For the crust add 1 tbsp oil in the flour and rawa.Mix oil and a pinch of salt thoroughly in the flour .
See that flour becomes like crumbs .
Knead it with the help of 1 cup of water. Sprinkle water and then mix and knead soft and smooth the dough.
Keep it covered for one hour .
Now after one hour knead the dough once again and make equal small balls of equal size. 10 balls can be made out of this dough.
Take one ball and roll it.Cut into square with knife.
Now make stuffed flower .Bring all the corners of the square in the centre .
Turn the square and put the filling in its centre.
Bring again all the four corners in the centre just like in the picture below.
Pull out all the loose ends from beneath.
Lo! flower shape is made.Make all other flowers like this.
Deep fry them on medium fire till crispy.
Take out and strain on paper napkin.
Dip them in sugar syrup.
Dip them in sweetened condensed Coconut milk.
Garnish with pistachios and serve.
