Ingredients to make Coconut flower bowl

  • maida - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup
  • coconut powder - 1/2 cup
  • Milk as required
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk maid 1 can
  • coconut powder for filling
  • Fruits to decorate as per choice
  • mint leaves for garnishing

How to make Coconut flower bowl

  1. Take maida, mix coconut powder and baking powder.
  2. Add butter and rub with finger tips.
  3. Add some milk and make a dough.
  4. Keep the rest of your dough in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  5. After this time roll it with a rolling pin and cut rounds from a biscuit cutter and set them in flower shaped moulds.
  6. Give them milk wash and bake these flowers on 200 degree centigrade in a preheated oven until brown for about 40 minutes.
  7. After baking, de mould and cool on a wire rack.
  8. For the filling: Take milk maid, mix coconut powder and fill it in the flowers.
  9. Decorate with fruits and mint leaves.
