Ingredients to make Whole wheat and plain flour mathari

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Plain. flour - 1/2 cup
  • Carom seeds - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tbsp or as per as your taste
  • ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water 1/2 cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Whole wheat and plain flour mathari

  1. 1 mix Ata maida salt carom seeds. 2 give a good mix 3 Now add ghee pls do melt that before adding. 4 mix very well with your palm 5 Now do start adding water Lil at a time and make a dough. The dough will be hard not soft one. 6 cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 20 mnts 7 now knead once more time the dough and make small puri balls and make small puri like pani puri but they are at least 1/4 inch thik. Fork them. 8 now deep fry them in hot oil in slow flame until they come out light brown color. 9 take them out on kitchen paper.. 10 serve with Khata aam ka achar.

My Tip:

Keep it in air tight container.
