Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. I/2 dry coconut finely sliced
  2. Same quantity sugar( as coconut)
  3. 2tbsp khus khus
  4. 1 tbsp oil


  1. Firstly nicely apply oil on the surface where we have to make the chikki & on the rolling pin.
  2. In a non stick pan add oil
  3. Let the gas be on medium flames
  4. Add sugar & keep mixing till it melts.
  5. Add the coconut slices & khus khus keep mixing it
  6. The mix. Will form like ball shape.
  7. Immediately put it on a greased surface & roll it like a thin chapati
  8. Let it rest for few minutes
  9. Remove & cut & store in airtight container
  10. This chikki will stay good even for a month
  11. Don't store in refrigerator
