Bhakharvadi is famous snack from Gujrat or Maharashtra.. I prepared this in new flavor that is very testy and mouth melting

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Gram Flour
  2. 1/2 cup apf
  3. 1/4 cup Smolina
  4. 1/2 spoon Carom seeds
  5. 2-3 spoon oil
  6. 1/2 spoon sugar
  7. 1/3 cup water
  8. 1/2 cup coconut
  9. 1/4 cup Dried fenugreek
  10. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  11. 1 spoon Fennel seeds
  12. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  13. 1 spoon Sesame seeds
  14. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  15. 1 spoon dry mango powder
  16. SaLt as per test
  17. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Take Gram flour, APF, semolina, carom seeds, oil
  2. Mix properly
  3. Kneed with water and make hard dough
  4. Ingredients of filling
  5. fput fengreek in warm water, after 5 min drain the water
  6. Mix all ingredients of filling in a mixer jar
  7. Grind it with 1 spoon of water
  8. Now take a part of dough and roll it with rolling pin
  9. Apply some water on suface
  10. Put some filling mix on it
  11. Spread properly and press it
  12. Now fold it and stick it with help of water
  13. Press the roll and cut it in equal parts
  14. Heat the oil and fry the pices on medium flame
  15. Put these pieces on paper for remove extra oil
  16. Now ready, serve it
