Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup coconutdesiccated
  2. 3/4 tsp chilly powder
  3. 1tsp sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp aamchurpowder
  6. 1tsp saunf
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1tsp sesame seeds
  10. 1/4tsp garam maaala
  11. For dough
  12. 1/2 cup maida
  13. 1/2 cup besan
  14. Pinch of turmeric
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Pinch of hing
  17. 2 tsp hot oil
  18. Water as required
  19. 1tsp oil
  20. Other ingredients
  21. 1/4 cup maida
  22. 3tsp oil
  23. Oil for frying
  24. 1 tsp khaskhas
  25. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bhakharwadi masala stuffing Firstly take the masala stuff tingin mixi Grind the masala to coarse powder
  2. Bhakharwadi dough recipe Firstly take the besan and maida. Also add chilly powder, turmeric,salt and hing mix well.
  3. Add hot oil to the flour
  4. Crumble the hot oil and knead to a tight dough
  5. Rest for 15 minutes
  6. Rolling bhakharwadi recipe:
  7. Firstly pinch a large ball of dough and flatten
  8. Roll and brush with oil
  9. Roll very tightly
  10. Further cut the roll
  11. Deep fry the rolls till golden brown
  12. Serve it
