This beautiful creamy lovely tart is easy to prepare.it comes out beautifully i just love it.i got frozen strawberries so i add little because they started melting ice.but we can make it any time when cherry strawberry black grapes all lovely fruits in season.

Ingredients to make Creamy tart

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanila essence
  • Strawberries
  • Flowers and mint leaves for dacoration

How to make Creamy tart

  1. TAKE SUGAR
  2. AND BUTTER IN A BOWL
  3. ADD BEAT THEM WITH BEATER
  4. ADD EGG AND BEAT
  5. FINELY
  6. NOW SIEVE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER
  7. AND ALMOND POWDER
  8. ADD SALT AND VANILLA AND MIX
  9. MAKE DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS
  10. DOUGH IS READY
  11. DEVIDE DOUGH IN TWO PARTS
  12. WRAP THEM IN CLING AND KEEP IN FREEZE FOR 1 AN HOUR
  13. NOW ROLL DOWN IT ON PLASTIC SHEET AND CUT ROUND WITH A LID
  14. TAKE ONE SMALL LID AND CUT FROM CENTER LIKE DONUT
  15. BAKE BOTH DISCS FOR 10-15 MIN TILL LIGHT BROWN AT 180 DEGREE
  16. TAKE CREAM CHEESE IN A BOWL
  17. AND BEAT WITH BEATER
  18. ADD VANILA ESSENCE
  19. IN SEPRATE BOWL TAKE WHIP CREAM AND BEAT
  20. NOW MIX THEM AND BEAT TILL HARD PEAKS
  21. TAKE ONE DISC ON PLATE AND FILL CREAM IN PIPING BAG
  22. AND PIPE CREAM ON DISC
  23. PUT SECOND DISC VENTLY ON FIRST AND PIPE CREAM
  24. AND DACORATE WITH STRAWBERRY ,FLOWERS AND SPRINKLERS AND MINT LEAVES
  25. OUR CREAM TART IS READY
