  • Oats 4 table spoons
  • Rice flour 3 table spoons
  • salt as per taste
  • ginger- garlic paste half tea spoon
  • chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Green chilli 1
  • Garam masala half tea spoon
  • Coriander powder half tea spoon
  • Chat masala 1 tea spoon
  • Cumin powder half tea spoon

How to make Raw plantain Cutlets

  1. Cut plantain into 2 pieces and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
  2. Remove the peel and mash it in a bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients as mentioned and make it into dough dough by mixing with hand.
  4. With the help of ur hand make small patties and shallow fry on tawa for 15 min thats it!

My Tip:

To get crispy cutlets don't over boil the plantains.
