grind 1 full coconut in to paste and take coconut milk from it
take coconut milk two to three times again and again
keep the thick coconut milk and thin coconut milk separately
wash and cut the spinach and keep it aside
in a wide opened vessel add spinach, thin coconut milk, cumin powder, shallots, cooking soda and salt
before adding The Red Chillies slightly burn the Red Chillies in flame
so that the Aroma will be so good
then add the slightly burned Red Chillies with the spinach close the vessel with a lid and keep it in low flame for 10 to 15 minutes
let the spinach cooked well
once the spinach is cooked well at the thick coconut milk and switch off the flame immediately
and that's it... Our tasty and healthy coconut milk spinach curry is ready to serve....
Serve hot with rice and potato fry...
