Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Snakeguard 1 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Jeera seeds. 1 tsp
  7. Salt as required
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Oil as required


  1. Grind coconut,Jeera seeds, and chilli powder or chilli
  2. In cooker add moong dal and water.allow it to boil.and then add snake guard cook for 20 min
  3. Then add turmeric powder, grounded masala paste.add little water.check salt
  4. In pan heat oil add mustard seeds and Curry leaves fry it and add this to curry
  5. Healthy snakeguard curry is ready
