Ingredients to make Khadim Pak

  • 1 fresh coconut around 1 cup
  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped cashews
  • Some chopped almonds and pistachios to garnish
  • Dried rose petals to garniah
  • 2 tsp ghee

How to make Khadim Pak

  1. GRATE 1 FRESH COCONUT
  2. IN A PAN HEAT 1 LITER MILK ON MEDIUM FLAME
  3. BOIL IT UNTIL IT REACHES THICK CONSISTENCY
  4. IN A WOK HEAT 2TSP GHEE AND ROAST CASHEWS
  5. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  6. ROAST IT FOR 2 MINUTES
  7. NOW ADD COCONUT AND MIX IT
  8. ADD SUGAR AROUND 1/2 CUP OR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  9. MIX WELL AND CONTINUE TO COOK TILL THE SUGAR HAS MIXED WELL.
  10. ITS MOISTURE HAS EVAPORATED AND COCONUT IS CHANGE IN PALE BROWN COLOUR.
  11. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE CONTENT TO A GREASED THALI
  12. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED ALMONDS,PISTACHIOS AND ROSE PETALS. PRESS GENTLY WITH SPOON
  13. ONCE KHADIM PAK IS COOLED DOWN CUT IT INTO SQUARE OR IN ANY DESIRE SHAPE
