ABOUT Chocolate spring roll RECIPE

I have given a twist to spicy and tangy spring roll into a deesert i.e filled with chocolate mixture

Ingredients Serving: 6

100gm dark chocolate compound
4tablesp. Chilled milk
12 piece- mari biscuit
Spring roll sheet
Some finely chopped nuts of your choice
Oil for frying
Some water

Instructions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler then add milk add wisk it well
Roughly Grind biscuits in a mixer.. (not very fine)
Add biscuits and chopped nuts in melted chocolate and mix it well..
Chocolate mixture will became thick and u can make roll out of it.i f not then add more biscuits
Now take a spring roll sheets and place the chocolate rolls and make shape of spring roll out of it
Now deep fry the chocolate spring roll... And its ready to serve..
