Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled noodles 1 cup
  2. Paneer 1 cup small cubes
  3. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  4. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  5. Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Spring roll sheets 12
  10. Oil 1 tbsp+ for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and fry paneer. Keep aside.
  2. In same oil saute ginger garlic paste.
  3. Saute all spices and salt.
  4. Ad fried paneer pieces with 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Cook till water dries.
  6. Ad boiled noodles ,cook till few seconds.
  7. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  8. Take one spring roll sheet and fill 1 tbsp stuffing.
  9. Fold and stick with water.
  10. Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
