ABOUT Spring roll RECIPE

This is a crunchy ,tasty dish full of vegies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 spring roll sheets
  2. Half cup fine chop carrot , and cabbage
  3. Half cup fine chop beans and capsicum
  4. One forth cup sprouted moong
  5. Half cup boiled leftover maggi pieces
  6. 1tsp soya sauce
  7. 1tsp vinegar
  8. 1tsp chilli sauce
  9. 1tsp tomato sauce
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Oil 1tsp

Instructions

  1. First chop finely all vegetables
  2. Boil noodles
  3. Heat oil in pan and add garlic carrot ,beans
  4. Cook some time then add capsicum
  5. Lastly add moving and noodles
  6. Then mix all sauces ,salt and pepper
  7. Take spring roll sheet
  8. Make a slurry of maida salt and water
  9. Put stuffing in center of sheet in line
  10. Fold both sides then downside
  11. And roll tightly make a cylindrical shape
  12. Stick with slurry
  13. When all rolls are ready fry them
  14. Serve with green chutney and sauce
