Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup All purpose flour
  2. 1/2cup milk powder
  3. 1/2cup coconut powder and little more for garnish
  4. 1Tea spoon baking powder
  5. 1/2tea spoon baking soda
  6. 1cup Luke warm milk
  7. 1spoon pineapple essence
  8. 1tea spoon white vinegar
  9. 2spoon butter
  10. 1/4cup oil
  11. 1/2cup sugar powder
  12. For icing
  13. Whipped cream
  14. Canned pineapple pieces
  15. 1/4cup pineapple juice or sugar syrup


  1. In a glass add one cup Luke warm milk , pineapple essence ,1spoon vinegar and mix well and keep aside
  2. Sift all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda and milk powder twice and keep aside
  3. Take a mixing bowl add Butter ,sugar powder,oil and mix well
  4. Add small portion of dry ingredients and milk mixture and fold again do the same and make a smooth batter of cake
  5. Take a round shape of cake mould greese with oil pour the batter into cake mould
  6. Tap the mould and bake into preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180, degree temperature. It is according to my oven
  7. Now cake is ready let it cool completely
  8. Cut the cake into middle and spead pineapple juice apply whipped cream
  9. Cover with second layer of cake again spread pineapple juice and cover full with whipped cream
  10. Spread coconut powder and decorate with pineapple slices. Make some flowers with whipped cream and keep into refrigerator for cooling
  11. Serve your chilled and yum cake
  12. You can bake
