Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 3 chilly chopped
  4. 1 tsp grated ginger
  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. Oil as required
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Few curry leaves
  10. A pinch turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 cup coconut powder

Instructions

  1. Mix suji, masala, curd , chilly, ginger, and add water prepare better
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes
  3. Mix in soda
  4. In a pan add 3 tsp oil, in pan add mustard seeds
  5. Add Curry leaves
  6. Sesame seeds, coconut powder
  7. Pour batter carefully
  8. Cover and allow to cook on medium flam
  9. Allow other side 5o to become crisp
