Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup fresh corn
  2. 3 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup coconut powder
  5. 4 tbsp ghee
  6. 4 to 5 almond
  7. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  1. Wash and rinse peeled fresh corn .
  2. Grind it in mixer without water.
  3. Now heat kadhai on low flame and add 4 tbsp ghee into it.
  4. Add the paste of corn into it and roast it on low-medium in between.
  5. Now add sugar and coconut powder into it and mix well.
  6. Add small quantity of milk and mix it,again add little more milk and again mix it and repeat the process with rest of milk.
  7. Stir it occasionally.
  8. When the paste started leaving the bottom of kadhai off the flame.
  9. Add cardamom powder into it and mix it.
  10. Take a plate greese it with ghee.
  11. Now spread the mixer on the plate.
  12. Spread coconut powder and cut it into shape of burfi.
  13. Serve it on cooling.
