Fresh coconut burfy

Ingredients to make Fresh coconut burfy

  • 2 cup Greated coconut
  • 1/4 cup keshew powder
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup rose syrup
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh rose petals chopped
  • 3 drops rose emulsion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rose petals
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pista

How to make Fresh coconut burfy

  1. First remove the black part of coconut and chopped it in small pieces Then grind it in veg chopper
  2. In a pan add 1 cup grinded coconut and condensed milk
  3. Cook for 3 min.on medium heat then add milk powder and mix well till lumpy
  4. Now pore this mixture in greased plate or on butter paper and press it
  5. Now in another pan add rest of 1 cup grinded coconut and rose syrup cook it for 3 min.
  6. Now add keshew powder, rose emulsion and,chopped rose petals and mix well till lumpy
  7. Now pore this mixture in white layer and press evenly
  8. Now sprinkle chopped rose petals and chopped pista press it and cool it for half hour in fridge
  9. Then cut it into your choice shape and serve it
