This chatni can be eated by idli or appa or any south indion dishes

Coconut chatni

Ingredients to make Coconut chatni

  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • peanut 1 cup
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • curry leaves 1/2 cup
  • jeera 2 tbs
  • Coriandar leaves 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilli 5
  • sugar 1 tbs
  • salt as per your taste
  • For tadka
  • Musturd seeds 1 tbs
  • jeera 1 tbs
  • curry leaves 1 tbs

How to make Coconut chatni

  1. Heat a pan then add peanut saute it for 5 minute then off flame and remove the skin of peanuts
  2. In a grindar add curry leaves yogurt jeera and coriandar leaves grimd it to make fine paste
  3. Then in it add all the remaining ingredient make a fine paste
  4. In a tadka pan add some oil then add musturd seeds and jeera let it till cracking sound are comes then add curry leaves
  5. Then put this tadka in a chatni and serve
