Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 150 grams
  2. Sugar 4 to 5 tbsp
  3. Cardamom 2 crushed
  4. Desaicated coconut 50 grams
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Baking soda a pinch
  7. Ghee 50 grams for
  8. Suji 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take maida in a mixing bowl
  2. Add in the suji
  3. Add a tbsp of sugar
  4. Add baking soda
  5. Add milk and mix . See that no lumps remain
  6. Add water and make a batter of the maida . It should be dropping consistency .
  7. In a pan add the coconut and fry a bit
  8. Add in the sugarand mix well. Switch off gas
  9. Add in the crushed cardamom
  10. Heat a skillet
  11. Add a ladle full of batter on it.
  12. Add ghee on the sides
  13. Cook on medium heat till it changes colour
  14. Take in a tbsp of the coconut mixture and spread in the middle of the pancake
  15. Fold from both sides
  16. Serve with milk or rabri
