Its one of the easiest and yummiest ice-cream, recipe adapted from milkmaid with changes.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whipped cream 500ml
  2.  Milkmaid 1 tin
  3. Chocolate sauce (as required)
  4. Powdered Sugar 3-4tbsp (optional)


  1. Whip cream until soft peaks. You can add sugar if the cream is not sweet, add the sugar while you are whipping.
  2. After its done then add milkmaid and chocolate sauce and mix well but lightly. Do not over mix.
  3. Put in airtight container before you close the container, make swirls with chocolate sauce.
  4. Keep in freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  5. Your creamy chocolate swirl ice cream is ready.
