ABOUT Chocolate icecream RECIPE

Everybody loves ice cream and chocolate, so make this easy delicious chocolate ice cream treat at home with this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  2. White sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Cream 1 cup
  6. Vanilla essence 1/ 2 tsp
  7. Chocolate chips (desired)

Instructions

  1. Mix cocoa powder and both the sugars.
  2. Add milk and mix well
  3. Whip the cream till soft
  4. Add cream to cocoa mixture and fold it gently till it is mixed well
  5. Put it in airtight container and freeze for 45 to 50 minutes
  6. Take out and blend this in a mixer grinder.
  7. Keep in freezer, again.
  8. Again blend it and keep in freezer for. 5 to 6 hours
  9. Its ready to be served.
