Ingredients to make Banana Chocolate Icecream

  • Ripe banana 1 small
  • Chocolate frosting 1 tablespoon
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
  • Glazed cherry 1(optional)
  • Sprinkles to garnish (optional)

How to make Banana Chocolate Icecream

  1. Take the banana and peel it off.  Chop it into round slices and shift to a zip-lock bag.  Put it in the deep freezer for at least two hours.
  2. Take the frozen banana and put it in the blender.  Blend it till smooth and creamy. 
  3. Add dessicated coconut, chocolate frosting and condensed milk.  Blend again for 30 seconds.
  4. Shift the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with glazed cherry and sprinkles.

My Tip:

Instead of chocolate frosting you can add 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate or nutella.
