Chocolate cup banana icecreem

Ingredients to make Chocolate cup banana icecreem

  • 3 ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 3 chocolate cup ( home made )
  • 3-4 TBSP MILK
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chip

How to make Chocolate cup banana icecreem

  1. Pop the banana chunks on a flat tray and cover well.
  2. Freeze for at least 1 hr, or until frozen through.
  3. When ready to eat throw the banana into a food processor and whizz until smooth with enough of the milk to achieve a creamy texture. 
  4. Scoop into 3 chocolate cups or glasses, then top with the chocolate chip.
  5. Serv chilled

  7. Paint a thin layer of chocolate onto the inside of each cupcake liner.
  8. Refrigerate the liners for ten minutes
  9. Paint a second thin layer of chocolate on top of the first layer.
  10. Refrigerate the liners for another ten minutes.
  11. Carefully pop the chocolate cups out of the liners.
