Ingredients to make Walnut banana chocolate cup cake muffins

  • 1 1/2 cup maida (apf) 1/2 cup whole wheatflour
  • 4 over riped mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Powder
  • 1/2tsp coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/3cup icing sugar
  • 2tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup coarse powder of walnuts

How to make Walnut banana chocolate cup cake muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degree c
  2. Grease 10 muffins cups
  3. In a large deep bowl mix all dry ingredients(1 1/2 cup flour, baking soda, baking powder, Salt, coffee powder, cocoa powder)
  4. In another bowl beat together mashed bananas sugar, egg, melted butter.
  5. Add banana mixture into the flour mixture blend properly with hand mixture
  6. Now add 1/2 cup coarse powder of walnuts
  7. Now pour batter into the prepared muffin cups
  8. Now mix 1/3 cup icing sugar, 2tbsp whole wheat flour, 1tbsp butter, ground cinnamon
  9. Rub all the mixture with ur finger until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Sprinkle topping over muffins
  10. Bake at 190 degree C for 18-20min or else tooth pick comes out clean

My Tip:

You can add brown sugar also instead of icing sugar, cocoa powder is optional if not using , then you can use only 3banana
