Walnut chocolate cup cake

Ingredients to make Walnut chocolate cup cake

  • 2//4 wheat flour
  • 1/4 oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup walnut Halves divided
  • 1 cup milk
  • egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil or unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make Walnut chocolate cup cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Spray insides of muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, chocolate chips and walnuts in a large bowl. Combine milk, oilor butter, egg and vanilla in a small bowl. Stir the dry and wet ingredients together until slightly lumpy.
  3. .Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup wall nuts on top of muffins and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each muffin comes out clean.
  4. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes then turn muffins out onto a rack to cool.
