Speciality of this cake recipe is that its without oil or butter. Still very moist and soft.

Ingredients to make Wallnut Chocolate Cream Cake

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour + flour for dusting the tin
  • 1 tspn baking pwdr
  • 2 tbsp cocoa pwdr
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbspn Castor sugar
  • butter to grease the cake tin
  • For ganache:
  • 1 cup cooking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa pwdr
  • 1 tspn chocolate pwdr

How to make Wallnut Chocolate Cream Cake

  1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs with the electric blender till fluffy. Add sugar gradually and beat continously.
  2. Seive all pupose flour, baking pwdr and cocoa pwdr in it. Mix it by cut and told method. If u want more moisture,can add some milk.
  3. Now preheat the oven at 180°. Grease the cake tin and dust it with flour. Pour the batter in it and tap it for flat lavel.
  4. Bake the cake for 30 min. Check it by toothpick.
  5. Now warm the cream and cooking chocolate for 15 sec in microwave. Mix it till resolve completely.
  6. Cut the cake from centre and moist it with some juice. Spread the chocolate on one part of the cake. Cover it with other part of the cake.
  7. Now cover the whole cake with chocolate. Whip the cream. Now decorate it as you like. Ready ur beautiful chocolate ganache cake.
